About Projector PSA

Founded in 2002, Projector PSA consists of a team of experts with combined experience in business consulting, operational software development, and systems design and integration.

Larry Krakauer, Principal
Larry Krakauer has 21 years of professional services management experience, and 28 years of technical and managerial experience. He was the Chief Technology Officer of AGENCY.COM (1999-2001) after AGENCY.COM's acquisition of Quadris Consulting. In addition to setting and communicating the company's technology vision, Larry was deeply involved in organizational development, hiring, and managing customer relationships. He was formerly President of Quadris Consulting (1996-1999), an application software development firm started as a division of JYACC. He served as Vice President of JYACC, and General Manager of its New England office (1989-1995). Before joining JYACC, he was Vice President of Cambridge Technology Group (1984-1989), where he was responsible for the company's systems integration division. Previously, he worked at Corning Glass Works (1980-1984) as a plant engineering and information systems supervisor. Larry holds an M.S. degree in management from M.I.T.'s Sloan School of Management and a B.S. degree in electrical engineering and computer science from Princeton.

Steve Chong, Chief Operating Officer & Product Manager
Steve has 10 years of professional services management experience and 16 years of experience in technical and leadership roles. He was the Director of Operations at Steelpoint Technologies (2003-2004), where he led the company’s 35-person software engineering team in the rearchitecture of Steelpoint’s litigation support product. Prior to joining Steelpoint, he was a Director of Project Management at AGENCY.COM (1997-2003), where he was responsible for managing some of AGENCY.COM’s largest projects, as well as for professional development, training, project auditing, and best practices development in the firm’s project management discipline. Steve worked at General Motors (1993-1996) as an internal lean manufacturing consultant. He holds M.S. degrees in management and engineering from M.I.T., a B.S. degree in mechanical engineering from the Johns Hopkins University, and is a PMP certified project manager.

Luke Wright, Chief Software Architect
Luke has 17 years experience in the design and development of computer software systems. Prior to coming to Projector PSA in 2003, Luke was a technical director at AGENCY.COM, where he served in technical leadership roles on consulting engagements in various industries, including finance, healthcare and insurance. Luke was a senior consultant and Quadris Consulting from 1996 through 1999, and a software developer at JYACC from 1992 to 1996. Prior to that, Luke worked at NEC America in Dallas, TX as a member of their test management department, testing various features of class I telephone switches. Luke received a B.S. degree in Computer Science from Washington University in St. Louis, MO. in 1991.
